Building a new computer always takes time and patience. And if you are not familiar with computer equipment, haven’t got enough time or patience, let us do all the things for you!
Our experienced technicians will come into your home:
- Unbox and connect your new equipment of your computer
- Start it up and perform a first time configuration with your personal preferences
- Connect your new computer to an existing Internet connection and home network
- Install any additional software or external hardware on your computer, then you can use it straight away
Furthermore, the best thing is if you've forgotten to buy something you needed to get your computer running, such as a cable, we can supply them for you too.
In additions, we will clearly explain what we are doing, as we are doing it, so you will get understood the process we're following. And we hope that as we explain, you will learn and use that knowledge to better understand your new computer. Then if you need further training, we have a training service that you can book with us to have one of our experts sit down with you for an hour (or more, if required) and teach you how to use your new technology.
